Client Background
Yingda Foreign Trade reached a cooperation with Indonesian client Herry Yacob. The client planned to replace the worn old scraper conveyor chains of his existing conveying equipment with brand-new chains.
Challenges
The original chains suffered severe wear after long-term operation, leading to unstable equipment operation and frequent breakdowns, which seriously affected regular production efficiency.
Solution
We customized 70-meter-long scraper conveyor chains with a 350mm attachment plate size, and supplied 4 sets of sprockets. All products were arranged to be delivered to the client’s designated agent warehouse in Foshan.
Project Outcomes
The new high-tensile wear-resistant chains perfectly match the client’s equipment parameters. The batch delivery to the Foshan warehouse greatly facilitates the client’s subsequent consolidated shipment and import customs clearance procedures.
