Aggregate Plant Project Background
A medium-sized aggregate plant in the Philippines processes river pebbles and granite into 5–20mm finished aggregates for local infrastructure projects.
The plant originally planned to use traditional jaw crushers. After on-site investigation, Yingda Heavy Industry pointed out that jaw crushers produce poor particle shape and high over-crushing rate, which cannot meet the project’s strict aggregate gradation requirements.
Core Challenges
· Raw materials feature high hardness and require strict particle shape and gradation.
· Equipment must adapt to high temperature, high humidity and dusty conditions in Southeast Asia for stable continuous production.
· Reduce wear parts consumption and control operation and maintenance costs.
Solution
Yingda customized a Double Roller Crusher to solve the pain points:
· Adopts high-precision gap adjustment to accurately control product size and lower over-crushing rate below 3%.
· Equips high-wear-resistant alloy roller shells to crush high-hardness materials and greatly extend service life.
· Designs sealed dust-proof structures to make the equipment adapt to hot and humid environments and run stably.
· Optimizes the transmission system to cut energy consumption and simplify maintenance.

Implementation Results
After 4 months of operation:
1.Finished aggregates meet the standards, fully satisfying infrastructure project requirements.
2.Crushing efficiency increased by 30%, unit power consumption reduced by 18%.
3.Failure rate ≤1%, operation and maintenance cost reduced by 30%, ensuring on-time project delivery.
Philippine Client Feedback
Yingda’s Double Roller Crusher has completely solved our crushing pain points. The finished product quality and operational stability far exceed expectations, which becoming the core guarantee for the smooth progress of the project.
