Henan Yingda Heavy Industry has successfully delivered 3 custom-made TD belt conveyors to a small-scale sand making plant in Zimbabwe. The equipment departed from Shanghai Port in mid-May and successfully cleared customs at Beitbridge Port, marking a key step in upgrading the local aggregate processing capacity.

These TD belt conveyors are specially designed for the sand making industry, serving as the core transportation link between the crushing section and the screening workshop. They can stably transport bulk gravel, crushed stone and finished sand, effectively avoiding material spillage and ensuring the continuity of the production line. Our on-site technical team has arrived in Zimbabwe and is working with the client to carry out equipment installation and alignment. We will finish the whole commissioning and trial operation within 45 days.
Tawanda, the project manager of the client, commented: “We chose Yingda’s TD belt conveyors for their proven reliability in small and medium-sized mining operations. The pre-delivery VR training helped our team master the operation skills quickly, and the on-site installation process was smooth and efficient. The low-maintenance design and durable structure fully meet our daily production needs of 80 tons per hour.”

Prior to this, our company has completed multiple successful projects in South Africa and Zambia. This delivery not only expands our market layout in Southern Africa but also provides a cost-effective and reliable solution for local small-scale sand making enterprises to upgrade their production lines.
