Client Background
A local aggregate manufacturer in the Congo provides sand and stone materials for local infrastructure construction. The original feeding equipment lacks buffering and uniform feeding capacity. Direct truck unloading brings strong impact, causing uneven material supply, large material leakage and scattered stone accumulation on site. These common feeding problems lead to frequent crusher blockages, intermittent production shutdowns, serious material waste and potential safety risks in open-air aggregate production.

Challenges
1. Solve uneven feeding and crusher blockage problems caused by direct bulk material unloading.
2. Resist heavy impact and abrasion to adapt to harsh outdoor production environments.
3. Stabilize feeding volume to match the upgraded crushing line and boost overall output.
4. Standardize feeding operation to reduce on-site material waste and safety hazards.
Solution
Yingda Heavy Industry completes production and full-load commissioning of one 1000mm×9m heavy duty apron feeder. The apron feeder equipment adopts thickened wear resistant chain plates, fully enclosed side baffles and variable frequency speed regulation, which effectively cope with heavy impact feeding and realize quantitative and uniform material delivery.
Implementation & Results
The heavy duty apron feeder runs stably in continuous full-load tests without material spillage or abnormal vibration. The finished equipment will arrive in the Congo on June 25. It will stabilize front-end feeding efficiency, eliminate crusher shutdown failures and greatly reduce raw material waste for the aggregate production line.
Client Testimonial
“Yingda Heavy Industry customized this apron feeder strictly according to our on-site working conditions. It has fully solved our operational troubles. We look forward to further cooperation with Yingda in the future.”
