Description:
In March 15, 2025 – Yinda Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Yinda Heavy Industry”) officially shipped a NE type plate chain bucket elevator today, destined for a large-scale sand and gravel production line project in PH.
NE plate chain bucket elevator is a plate chain type, gravity-induced discharge elevator equipment. The machine adopts inflow feeding, the material is lifted to the top by the plate chain after flowing into the hopper, and it discharges itself under the gravity of the material.
Chain type bucket elevator is suitable for vertically conveying powdery, granular, and bulk materials, and can also lift materials with greater abrasive, such as fly ash, slag, limestone, raw cement, cement clinker, cement, coal, dry clay, etc. The temperature of the material does not exceed 200 degrees, and the lifting height can be up to 40m.

NE type plate chain bucket elevator has two outstanding advantages:
1. Reliable operation. The advanced design principle guarantees the reliability of the whole machine and good sealing.
2. Large conveying capacity. This series of bucket elevators have various specifications from NE15 to NE800, and the lifting capacity ranges from 15 – 800m3/h.
The equipment will be shipped from Qingdao port and is expected to arrive in PH in early April. Yinda’s engineering team will supervise installation and commissioning on site. This successful collaboration highlights Yingda Heavy Industry’s customer-centric philosophy, demonstrating that the company provides not just high-quality machinery but also the essential technical expertise to ensure its successful implementation.
