Client Background
A local aggregate manufacturer in Mauritania provides crushed sand and stone for regional infrastructure construction. Its outdated conveying equipment often suffers belt deviation, material spillage and unstable heavy load operation. These issues trigger frequent shutdowns, material waste and safety hazards at open air sand stone production sites.

Challenges
1.Prevent sand stone spillage and belt deviation during long hour heavy duty transportation.
2.Adapt to harsh outdoor working conditions and achieve steady continuous conveying.
3.Match upgraded crushing line throughput to raise overall aggregate output.
4.Add safety protection to avoid risks from exposed running equipment.
Solution
Yingda Heavy Industry finishes manufacturing 3 sets of 12m long, 1m wide TD75 belt conveyors on April 28. We equip them with wear resistant belts, full surround safety guardrails, anti deviation rollers and scraper cleaners to target core sand stone conveying pain points.
Implementation & Results
All three TD75 conveyors belt complete smooth full load test runs. They will arrive in Mauritania on May 30, delivering stable bulk material feeding for local sand stone lines and cutting spillage caused waste.
Client Testimonial
“Yingda’s TD75 conveyors solve our spillage and deviation troubles. Solid build and practical safety design greatly stabilize our aggregate production.”
