July 5, 2026 – Yinda Heavy Industry Co., Ltd A leading mining company in Denmark ordered four belt conveyor tripper cars from Yingda for its bulk material handling line last month. Their production line faced bottlenecks with its existing belt conveyors. The most important question is the belt conveyor only supports fixed-point discharge. This limited flexible material distribution across the mine’s stockpiles and processing bins.
Yingda’s team completed all four units on May 12, following the customer’s custom specifications. We adopted professional waterproof and shockproof packaging for all equipment . Yingda packed the units securely and shipped them directly to Denmark. The cars will arrive in early June. Once on site, they will connect seamlessly to the customer’s existing belt conveyors.The production line will runs more smoothly and cuts operating time.
These tripper cars eliminate the fixed-discharge limitation of standard belt conveyors. They enable controlled, multi-point material distribution across the entire line. This cuts downtime from manual repositioning, boosts line efficiency, and raises overall production output. The upgrade will bring consistent, continuous operation to the mine’s material handling system, supporting higher daily throughput for years to come.
