Production Progress of the Dewatering Bucket Elevator

The dewatering bucket elevator (also known as “Laokeng” bucket elevator), a key piece of equipment for solid‑liquid separation in the mining and mineral processing industries, is currently undergoing on‑site installation and commissioning. It is mainly composed of a blue steel bucket structure and a lifting frame, and is designed for dewatering and elevating materials such as mineral slime.

Core Advantages of the Equipment

Dewatering function

The special bucket structure achieves efficient solid‑liquid separation during lifting, significantly reducing material moisture content.

Robust design

Reinforced steel buckets and frame make it suitable for the heavy‑duty environment of mineral processing plants.

Wide application

Widely used in the “laokeng” (sedimentation pit) process in coal preparation and ore dressing, improving material handling efficiency.

Stable operation

The inclined installation design adapts to the site layout, ensuring reliable operation and a low failure rate.
