The Z-type bucket elevator is an integrated continuous conveyor for granular, powdered, and small lumpy materials. Its Z-shaped structure combines vertical lifting and horizontal conveying, enabling “low-in and high-out” or “multiple-in & single-out” transportation without intermediate transfer. Ideal for space-constrained scenarios requiring low material breakage.

Working Principle
The buckets of this elevator are side-mounted between two drive chains, allowing the buckets to remain horizontal while the equipment conveys materials vertically, horizontally, or at any angle. When the chain is lifted to the top, it bypasses the upper sprocket and then turns downward, and the discharge device at the outlet completes single-point or multi-point discharging.
Structure
Z type bucket elevator is mainly composed of casing, conveyor chain, hopper, driving wheel, diverting wheel, tensioning device, guiding device, feeding port, discharging port, etc. Z type bucket elevator can choose different materials and configurations according to the lifting materials and user requirements.
