Working Principle

The screen mesh of drum is inclined and installed on the frame. The motor is connected to the drum assembly through a reducer and a coupling, driving the drum assembly to rotate around its axis. When the materials enter the drum device, due to the inclination and rotation of the drum device, the materials on the screen surface are flipped and rolled. The qualified materials (the size under the screen hole) are discharged from the discharge port at the bottom of the drum, while the unqualified materials (the size over screen hole) are discharged from the discharge port at the tail of the drum. Due to the flipping and rolling of the materials inside the drum, the materials stuck in the screen holes can be ejected, preventing the screen holes from being blocked.
