Working principle
It uses tracking chain driven system with interconnected heavy-duty pans (aprons) as the conveying surface. A motor and gearbox drives the sprocket, which pulls the chain and pans to move continuously along the frame. Bulk materials (e.g., ore, coal, aggregates) are fed onto the pans from a hopper or silo, and the moving pans transport the materials stably to the next process (e.g., crusher, conveyor) before returning empty to complete the cycle.
