Description

Working principle
All buckets are tracked by belt, so the speed can be up to 1.8m/s, And capacity can be up to 500m3/hr by TGD.
The hopper picks up the material from the bottom box, and as the conveyor belt is lifted to the top, it rolls over the top wheel and then flips down. The bucket elevator pours the material into the receiving tank or other equipment.
The drive belt of the belt bucket elevator is generally equipped with rubber belt, the belt has two-layer tear-resistant steel mesh, to avoid the belt be torn apart.
