Description
NE type plate chain bucket elevator is a product designed and developed by introducing advanced foreign technology. It is a plate chain type, gravity-induced discharge elevator equipment. The machine adopts inflow feeding, the material is lifted to the top by the plate chain after flowing into the buckets, and it discharges under the gravity of the material.

The machine is designed to ensure that the material is less sprinkled during feeding and unloading, reducing mechanical wear.
It is suitable for vertically conveying powder, granularand bulk materials, and can also lift materials with greater abrasive, such as fly ash, slag, limestone, raw cement, cement clinker, cement, coal and dry clay etc. The temperature of the material to be lifted generally does not exceed 200 degrees, and the lifting height can be up to 45m.
Working principle
Inflow feeding: Materials directly flows into the buckets which does not need to excavate materials, reducing mechanical wear. Materials are completely and uniformly taken, which avoid material storage at the bottom. It is suitable for conveying materials with large size and relatively high abrasiveness.
Structure
NE plate chain bucket elevator consists of top box assemble, middle box, plate chain, buckets, motor & gearbox and bottom box assemble etc.
The chain is plate chain. The single row chain is used for NE15 and NE30, and the double row chain is used for NE50-NE800.
Drive unit consists of a drive platform, a drive combination and a transmission chain. There are 2 types of drive combinations:
The bottom box is equipped with a gravity tension.
