Description
KL-8 type reciprocating feeder is suitable for bulk material transportation in mines, pits, coal preparation plants, transfer stations, coal handling workshops, bulk terminals at ports, etc. It can transfer bulk materials evenly from the bunker or directly to belt conveyors, screening equipment and storage devices for matched operation. It realizes uniform feeding of bulk materials such as ore, coal slurry and grain.

Working principle
The middle apron feeder operates on a chain-driven cyclic conveying mechanism, tailored for medium-load bulk material handling:
Power source: The motor provides power.
Power transmission: Power passes through the elastic coupling, reducer and crank-link mechanism.
Movement: It drives the inclined bottom plate to perform linear reciprocating motion on idlers.
After unloading, the empty aprons return along the lower track to the feeding end, completing the cyclic operation.
