Yinda Delivers 15 Custom Grain Suction Machines to Indonesia for Upcoming Peak Harvest Season

15 December 2025 Henan Yinda Heavy Industry Technology Co., Ltd., a leading Chinese manufacturer of bulk material handling equipment, announced today that it has completed production of 15 custom portable grain suction machines for a leading grain circulation service provider in Java, Indonesia. The equipment is scheduled for official shipment from Shanghai Port on 20 December 2025.

Purpose-built to support Indonesia’s upcoming main rice and corn harvest season , each machine is equipped with a 120mm diameter high-wear flexible hose and delivers a stable rated conveying capacity of 10t/h. The units are designed to streamline end-to-end grain handling workflows, including field loading, warehouse transfer, silo cleaning and bulk stacking for smallholder farms and regional storage facilities across Java.

Tailored to Indonesia’s tropical high-temperature, high-humidity operating environment, the grain suction machines feature targeted optimizations: anti-aging, temperature-resistant hoses with built-in manganese steel spiral blades to eliminate clogging; a compact, lightweight frame for single-person operation and flexible multi-directional conveying; an energy-efficient drive system to cut operating costs; and an accessible maintenance design to minimize downtime. The units are also compatible with non-corrosive granular materials including animal feed and fertilizers for multi-scenario use.

The machines are expected to arrive in Indonesia in mid-January 2026. Yinda’s technical team will provide full bilingual operation training and on-site support to ensure full commissioning before the harvest begins. This project further solidifies Yinda Heavy Industry’s footprint in Southeast Asia’s agricultural equipment market, following successful project deliveries in Vietnam and Malaysia.
