Custom Solution
Yingda Heavy Industry designed a targeted JS-1500 Rotary Vibrating Screen based on the client’s pain points:
- Full SUS 316L stainless steel structure with reinforced screen frame to enhance wear and corrosion resistance, adapting to abrasive ore and high-altitude humidity.
- An optimized vibration motor (1.5kW) with adjustable eccentric weights is calibrated for stable operation under extreme temperature changes.
- Integrated screen cleaning device (tungsten steel bouncing balls + anti-clog mesh) to reduce wear and prevent ore particle adhesion.
- Sealed dust-proof cover with negative pressure exhaust port to meet local environmental standards.
